Privacy Policy

The Chizumulu United website processes personal information to provide supporter accounts, operate posts and comments, handle reports, maintain site security, and respond to inquiries.

• Registration: login ID, name, email, password hash, birth date, created and updated timestamps
• Login and security: session data, IP address, User-Agent, failed login records
• Community use: posts, comments, likes, reports, and uploaded image records
• Inquiries: information voluntarily provided by email

Account information is retained until account deletion is requested. Posts, comments, and reports may be retained as needed for operation and dispute handling. Deleted posts may remain hidden until an administrator permanently deletes them and their related attachments.

We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or separately agreed by the user. Hosting, database, and backup infrastructure may be located in Korea or overseas depending on the final deployment environment.

Passwords are stored as non-reversible hashes. Administrative features are permission-restricted, and the production service will use HTTPS, firewall rules, database backups, and upload restrictions.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for their personal information. Requests can be sent to the email below and will be handled after identity verification.
